As a Call Agent, you will be responsible for proactively approaching potential customers and offering professional advice on our products and services.
Function
- As a Call Agent, you will approach potential customers by phone with the aim of creating new sales opportunities.
- You actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate advice on our products and services.
- Your responsibilities include correctly recording customer details and call notes.
- You will work closely with the sales team to transfer valuable leads.
Profile
- High school diploma, preferably in an administrative or commercial field.
- Providing excellent customer service and building customer relationships motivate you.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate efficiently are your assets.
- Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to build positive relationships.
- You are driven, results-oriented and love challenges.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in call centre operations or customer-facing functions is a plus.
