Last Friday, we organised our first GR Solutions job fair, where we welcomed more than 70 attendees.

• People for whom it was not clear exactly what GRS does
• People who were not yet sure if sales was for them

More than half of the attendees also signed up for a job interview afterwards.

Below is a summary of the successful evening. Anyway, we would like to thank everyone for the massive turnout and interest. 

What's your why?

We noticed that our consultants were getting a lot of questions because we were putting so much effort into our marketing. Daily, we were getting DMs on all kinds of platforms, emails, requests through the contact form... "What exactly do you guys do?"

We didn't want to give the TikTok trolls any attention. So we decided to invite those genuinely interested and create clarity. 

• Jurgen from FRWRD came to talk about the accounting part, what is the advantage of being self-employed compared to salaried work, how much you are effectively left with after taxes, etc.
  
• Athena, Tecumseh and Cainan talked about their experience at GRS, the transformation they went through since they started working here, what their lives are like now
  
• Gilles stressed that it is not for everyone. That sales is a tough world. But if you are willing to go all out, you can make money like a professional footballer. While becoming the most powerful version of yourself.
  
• Afterwards, time was provided for a Q&A panel and you could get to know the team members even better during speed dates. Of course, with a snack and a drink.

The cost of personal growth

Those who join us know that a world of financial opportunities does not just open up. Above all, a door opens to personal growth. 

For now, the cost is about three euros... the price of a loaf of bread. So you can keep yourself alive during our training. From May/June, the price will increase significantly.
