Points could be earned by showing excellence - by turning in the highest monthly turnover, doing outstanding work and showing dedication to the team. On the other hand, there were also consequences for not keeping appointments, being late for meetings and even simply not showing up. The game tests not only the professional skills of our team members, but also their character and dedication to our common goal.

With such a challenge comes an incentive and it was not of the least, there was a Rolex at stake. The ultimate sign of triumph and distinction. At the end of the competition period, one name emerged as the undisputed champion of 2023: Cainan Devliegere.
