1 Prospecting training

In this phase, you will learn effective prospecting techniques that will help you identify and approach potential customers. You will learn how to generate valuable leads and how to differentiate yourself in the prospecting process.

2 GRS Sales strategy

You will learn the key principles and tactics we use to achieve successful sales results. By applying the GRS sales strategy, you can optimise your sales efforts.

3 Product knowledge

A thorough knowledge of the product you are selling is essential for success in sales. In this phase, you will be trained to become an expert in understanding and presenting the product. 

4 Watching in the field

You will have the opportunity to watch experienced salespeople in the field. You will observe and learn from their interactions with customers, gain insight into their sales strategies and experience how they handle different situations.

5 Selling under guidance

Now it's your turn to take action! Under the guidance of an experienced mentor, you will start selling yourself. You will apply the techniques and strategies learned in real sales calls.

6 Getting started yourself

In the final phase of the programme, you will be given the freedom and responsibility to work independently as a salesperson. You will now have gained all the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to be successful in your role.
