For her, repeating and perfecting the basic steps in a conversation is crucial because a solid foundation is the key to sales success.
What would you advise to other salespeople?
Kaltrina's advice is clear and powerful: listen to your customer. She emphasises stopping focusing on your own cleverness or goodness. Instead, she recommends listening deeply to the customer's needs and problems and finding a tailor-made solution together. Her approach emphasises the shift from self-centredness to customer-centredness as the key to success.
What is the seller's turnover figure for the month?
With an impressive turnover of €244,660.78, Kaltrina achieved no less than a significant share of the total turnover, remarkably validating its skills and strategies.
How did being recognised as "Vendor of the Month" motivate you to go even further next month?
While recognition is nice, Kaltrina does not see it as the main motivation. She does not really believe in motivation, but rather in understanding what has worked and continuing to do that. Her focus is on consistent action based on proven successful strategies.
How did you strike a balance between addressing customer needs and achieving your sales goals?
Kaltrina emphasises the simplicity of this balance: by understanding and recognising the customers' needs, the results and therefore the sales targets follow naturally.
What aspects of GR Solutions' training did you find most valuable in your growth as a salesperson?
Kaltrina particularly appreciates the value of a good script. In her early years, she sold by 'feel', with mixed results. By using a structured script, she has learned what works for her and optimised these aspects.
Can you share a moment when your approach as a salesperson had a positive impact on a customer?
Although she does not mention a specific moment, Kaltrina stresses that every month at least one customer appreciates her positive attitude. She stresses the importance of how you appear at an appointment because people don't just buy products, but more importantly people. Her focus on intonation and body language is crucial for building trust.
